Most Drift customers have already filed an application and are waiting for an authority response. Fin should first determine whether the customer has already applied before discussing price.
If the customer has already applied
Indicative lawyer fee: €300 to €800.
This is the most common Drift situation. The exact price depends on what is needed, such as reviewing the existing application, assessing the delay, preparing a formal letter, contacting the authority, reviewing the file, or advising on the next procedural step.
Fin should not describe this as a new full mandate unless the lawyer confirms that broader representation is required.
If the customer has not applied
A full application mandate may start from €990. This price is used much less often and applies when the lawyer is asked to prepare or take responsibility for a new application or another broader matter.
The lawyer confirms the exact scope and binding price before starting.
Student permission for self-employment
Current indicative lawyer fee: €400.
This is the narrower service of helping a student seek permission to undertake self-employed activity alongside an existing student residence permit. It is not a full freelance or self-employment residence-permit application.
Consultations
Daniel: €150. Eva: €190.
A consultation provides personalised legal advice. It may be the right first step when the required service or scope cannot yet be determined from the customer’s information.
What Fin should ask first
Have you already submitted the application?
Yes: use the existing-application or delay range and ask what has happened since filing.
No: determine whether the customer wants advice only or help preparing a new application.
Unclear: quote the relevant consultation and let the lawyer confirm the service.
What is separate?
Government charges, court fees, translations, certifications and other third-party costs are separate unless the lawyer’s offer expressly includes them.
Who invoices the legal service?
The independent lawyer supplies and invoices the consultation or legal service. The checkout page or lawyer agreement confirms the binding scope, price, VAT treatment and payment terms.
