Every figure below is a starting figure for a standard matter and includes VAT. Additional fees may apply if the scope is larger.
Consultation
A consultation with Daniel costs €150.
If your application is already submitted
Daniel offers a consultation plus follow-up with the authority for €300, subject to confirming the scope.
Starting fees for representation
Residence permit: a little over €500 per person
Settlement permit: a little over €500
Family reunification: a little over €500 per person
Citizenship: about €975
Asylum: a little over €500

An oral court hearing

RVG fees are calculated using statutory rules and the assigned value of the matter.
Part of the legal costs may sometimes be recoverable if a customer succeeds.
